Jonny is extremely knowledgeable, creative, attentive, empathetic with great interpersonal skills. He provided us with a wonderful personal service, always going above and beyond to meet deadlines, exceeded expectations and make a daunting process as smooth as possible.He communicated regularly and ensured that we had an understanding of the whole process, with transparency from the outset. We contacted Jonny following multiple issues with one of the well-known recruitment company website builder.Outline Designs came high recommended and the delivered as expected.Due to the issues mentioned above we worked together on some tight timescales which were always met.Nowadays there is no excuse for poor communication in business and Outline Designs excell in this area.Highly recommended all round.
